Formerly Spa Nautique, in October 2017 we re-branded and remodeled in order to support and foster the sense of mindfulness and peace in our South Tampa community. The Compass Spa was born ! Our Therapeutic Spa offers a variety of approaches to achieve and maintain your optimal health. Whether you are experiencing pain or simply want to improve your physical and mental well-being, The Compass Therapeutics & Wellbeing provides a healing and friendly environment to do so.

Our founder has been a renowned Holistic Practitioner since 1998. At The Compass, we bring a unique approach to teaching and healing — one that is focused on self-inspiration and which embodies the physical, spiritual, and emotional aspects of well-being. Our evaluation process allows us to customize all of the treatments your receive so that optimal results are achieved. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your schedule service time to check in. Late arrivals may have their service shortened and no price adjustments will be made.

Guests ages 16 + may enjoy massage and facial services. Teen guests are required to wear a bathing suit during any services performed behind closed doors.

We recommend not bringing your cell phone, but if you do, please put it on SILENT. Cell phone use is not permitted in any spa areas.

Please provide at least six hours notice if you must cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made outside the twelve hour window will incur a 50% charge for the scheduled service. All no-shows will be billed 100% of the scheduled service price.
